Shipping policy

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9AM-3PM. Orders are processed and shipped out from our warehouse within 2-7 business days. Expect Delays On Statutory Holidays & During The Holiday Season (November/December)

Kindly note all estimated delivery times are AFTER orders have been shipped and left our facility. Saturdays & Sundays are not considered business days. Please exclude them from business day calculations below.

Due to large volume of orders, it may take 1-3 business days for orders to scan and update tracking from the courier.


Estimated Delivery Times

Ontario – Delivery within 2-5 business days after being processed and shipped out.

Quebec – Delivery within 2-7 business days after being processed and shipped out.

New Brunswick / Manitoba / Saskatchewan / Alberta / BC / Nova Scotia – Delivery within 5-10 business days after being processed and shipped out.

Newfoundland / PEI – Delivery within 7-12 business days after being processed and shipped out.

United States of America – All orders are shipped within 2-10 business days. This excludes any customs clearance delays which are out of our control. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or any APO addresses.

Rural locations will usually require extra time to deliver your package.
